What happens at a first visit?
It begins with a thirty-minute skin check: your routine, your skin that day and what to do first. If you book a facial after it, plan on an hour and a half in all.
How long does a facial take?
The express facial is 30 minutes, the custom facial 60 and the long facial 75. Peels take 45 minutes, dermaplaning 30 and LED light 20.
How often should I come?
A common rhythm is every four to six weeks. Bruna will suggest one after your first visit and you can change it whenever you like.
Do I need a skin check first?
Yes, once, before your first facial and before any peel. If you return after a long break, Bruna starts with a short check-in.
Can I come in with a breakout?
Yes. Tell Bruna when you book. She may suggest a calmer visit or another day, and she will say why.
How do I prepare, and what comes after?
Before: tell Bruna what you use and what a doctor has prescribed. After: wear sunscreen and follow the note she writes for you. Call if your skin feels sore.
Who should ask a doctor first?
If you are pregnant, take a medicine for your skin or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask your doctor before you book a peel or LED light.
What if Bruna suggests a dermatologist?
She will say why, write it in your note and tell you what to do in the meantime. A facial can wait until you've been seen.
How does pricing work?
Prices aren't printed here. They depend on the service, its length and any add-ons, and the booking page shows them before you confirm.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
A deposit holds the custom and long facials and peels, and it goes toward your service. Please give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit.
